The Elms
The substantial renovation of The Elm’s Apartments was part of the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), which aimed to rehabilitate existing low-income properties to continue providing affordable housing options to the community for years to come.
The Heritage
As the owner’s representative, Rockwise ensured the project stayed on schedule and assisted Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades within the allocated funding for all 10 properties within the MP3 project.
The Maryland
The renovation of The Maryland Apartments was a key initiative within the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), aimed at refreshing existing properties to continue offering affordable efficiency apartments.
The Roselle
As the owner’s representative, Rockwise assisted in maintaining project schedules and effectively managing the contingency budget to ensure that upgrades were maximized within the allocated funding.

Rockwise took charge as the owner’s representative for the upgrades not only of this property but also for 10 other properties within the MP3 initiative.
The Continental
The Continental’s refurbishment played a central role in the Opportunity Housing Partnership Project (OHP), aimed at assisting individuals who have experienced prolonged homelessness. Rockwise took on the responsibility of serving as the owner’s representative for all three properties involved in the OHP initiative.
The Coyle
As part of the Opportunity Housing Partnership Project (OHP), the modernization of The Coyle Apartments, along with the renovations of The Continental and The Lamoreaux, marked crucial steps forward. Rockwise took charge as the owner’s representative for all three properties within the OHP endeavor.
Buri Manor
The modernization of Buri Manor, which includes 38 units, was part of the Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), providing low-income households with affordable housing.
Elliot Court
The Elliot Court Apartments underwent substantial renovations to provide affordable efficiency units as part of the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3). Rockwise served as the owner’s representative, overseeing the upgrades of 10 properties within the Aeon Portfolio.
The Barrington
The modernization of The Barrington provided upgrades to both the interior and exterior, which included upgrades to the roof, new flooring, finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms, and new electrical systems.
