As part of the Opportunity Housing Partnership Project (OHP), the modernization of The Coyle Apartments, along with the renovations of The Continental and The Lamoreaux, marked crucial steps forward. Rockwise took charge as the owner’s representative for all three properties within the OHP endeavor. At The Coyle, the team tackled a comprehensive overhaul, both inside and out, including tasks like masonry restoration, roof enhancements, and complete kitchen remodels for individual units, alongside a revamped community kitchen.
In our role, Rockwise led the charge in ensuring project teams maintained project timelines and supported Aeon in strategic budget management to ensure that every upgrade maximized the potential within our allocated resources.
