This project entails the addition of approximately 9,055 gross square feet (GSF) across two levels to the west end of the Lake Superior College main campus. The new space is designated for welding and CNC machine tool programs, featuring insulated precast walls and a 4-ply built-up roof.

As the Cost Consultant, Rockwise Strategies provided estimates from schematic design through construction documents for the reconstruction of North Church Street, located on the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities campus.

Rockwise worked in collaboration with BWBR to compile a construction cost estimate for a renovation project at the Summit Classroom Building. This project encompassed several key aspects, including the replacement of the exterior façade, installation of entirely new MEP systems, and the integration of new utilities sourced from nearby buildings.

Rockwise provided Cuningham with conceptual level cost consulting services for the renovation of the University of Minnesota’s Murphy Hall.
