Rockwise provided Cuningham with cost consulting services at the conceptual level for the renovation of University of Minnesota Murphy Hall Office & Lab Remodel. This project involved the renovation of nearly 9,000 square feet of existing media labs, library, and small group spaces in the lower level of Murphy Hall. Consequently, the remodel’s design is heavily focused on issues of spatial organization, technology, circulation, and accessibility.
Technology needs were ingrained into the design through collaboration between HSJMC’s user groups, university departments, a technology consultant, and Cuningham Group’s internal team.
