Building Creativity for Students

Rockwise worked in collaboration with BWBR to compile a construction cost estimate for a renovation project at the Summit Classroom Building. This project encompassed several key aspects, including the replacement of the exterior façade, installation of entirely new MEP systems, and the integration of new utilities sourced from nearby buildings. The interior renovation spanned three stories and involved a comprehensive overhaul of 26,700 square feet, transforming the space into nurse simulation and skills labs, computer lab classrooms, and business classrooms. Furthermore, every window and curtain wall along the façade was replaced, alongside various long-term repairs and enhancements.
