As the Cost Consultant, Rockwise Strategies provided estimates from schematic design through construction documents for the reconstruction of North Church Street, located on the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities campus. The project involved the rebuilding of approximately two city blocks of shared-use plaza between Washington Avenue and the Church Street Parking Garage. This plaza, centrally situated on campus, primarily serves as a thoroughfare for pedestrians and cyclists, while also accommodating daily delivery vehicles servicing buildings along the corridor.
