The substantial renovation of The Elm’s Apartments was part of the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), which aimed to rehabilitate existing low-income properties to continue providing affordable housing options to the community for years to come.
As the owner’s representative, Rockwise ensured the project stayed on schedule and assisted Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize upgrades within the allocated funding. The renovation encompassed both interior and exterior work, including roof repairs, installation of new windows, and upgrades to heating systems, plumbing, and community rooms.
