The Elliot Court Apartments underwent substantial renovations to provide affordable efficiency units as part of the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3). Rockwise served as the owner’s representative, overseeing the upgrades of 10 properties within the Aeon Portfolio.
In this role, Rockwise ensured the project stayed on schedule and assisted Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize upgrades within the allocated funding. The renovations included new siding, plumbing, heating systems, and parking lot improvements, addressing both interior and exterior needs.
