The modernization of the Barrington was a part of the Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), which provided upgrades to over 580 units reserved for low-income residents. Rockwise served as the owner’s representative for the substantial renovation of 10 properties within Aeon’s portfolio.
As the owner’s representative, Rockwise helped keep the project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades of each building within the allocated funding.
Both interior and exterior work was completed, which included upgrades to the roof, new flooring, finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms, and new electrical systems.
