The modernization of Buri Manor, which includes 38 units, was part of the Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), providing low-income households with affordable housing. Rockwise served as the owner’s representative for the upgrades of all 10 properties within the MP3 project.
In this role, Rockwise ensured the project remained on schedule and assisted Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades of each building within the allocated funding.
