The modernization of the Roselle Apartments was a vital component of the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), aimed at providing affordable efficiency apartments.
As the owner’s representative, Rockwise assisted in maintaining project schedules and effectively managing the contingency budget to ensure that upgrades were maximized within the allocated funding.
Formerly an abandoned building, the Roselle Apartments, comprising 67 units, are located in the Elliot Park South Ninth Street District. They were revitalized by Aeon as part of their mission to provide affordable housing.
The Roselle underwent comprehensive interior and exterior renovations, which included roof upgrades, installation of new flooring, enhancements to kitchens and bathrooms, and upgrades to electrical systems.
