The renovation of Paige Hall marked a significant milestone in the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), designed to offer affordable efficiency apartments. Rockwise took charge as the owner’s representative for the upgrades not only of this property but also for 10 other properties within the MP3 initiative. In this role, Rockwise played a key part in maintaining project timelines and assisting Aeon in strategic budget management to ensure that each building's upgrades maximized the allocated funding.
Both interior and exterior enhancements were undertaken at Paige Hall, encompassing roof upgrades, new flooring, fixtures, and electrical systems. Paige Hall’s array of efficiency and one-bedroom apartment homes cater to households earning 50% or less of the area median income. Situated in Downtown Minneapolis, its location offers convenient access to nearby service sector jobs.
