Founded in 1858, the historically and architecturally significant campus of Shattuck-St. Mary’s required modern facilities to support 21st-century learning and student life. Cuningham designed various projects across the campus to enhance efficiencies and improve student learning opportunities.
Rockwise Strategies acted as the Cost Consultant, providing pre-design construction estimates to Cuningham to establish a baseline cost profile. The addition of the Sports Complex introduced a new main entry that features a competition gym with a track mezzanine, training facilities, locker rooms, athletic offices, and an athletics café.
