Rockwise Strategies provided Miller Dunwiddie with cost estimating services throughout the Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documents (CD) phases for the addition and renovation project at Justice Page Middle School. The addition included a new multistory, secure vestibule for student and visitor entry, along with associated sitework and landscaping around the new addition. Renovations throughout the building include nurse labs and science classrooms to accommodate a growing student population.
