Rockwise provided cost consulting services to AFLA Landscape Architects and the City of St. Paul for the reimagining of Pedro Park. Previously, the area was home to an Urban Flower Field, serving as a temporary solution to convert the lot into a community gathering space.
The updated programming aims to include an upper and lower park shelter, ample lawn area for community events and relaxation, a splash pad, a dog area, and integrated streetscape features, including bike parking and seating.
