Rockwise provided Wold Architects and Engineers with design development and construction document estimates. The demolition of existing areas in the school, including interior partitions and finishes, opened the floor for new construction. The project included a gymnasium addition with a full-sized basketball court, an art classroom addition, and interior renovations of the existing school. Additionally, a new secure vestibule was constructed to meet the codes for elementary schools. New mechanical and electrical systems were incorporated, and new ADA-compliant restroom facilities were provided.
