Rockwise provided pre-design through construction estimating services for Cuningham. In 2019, the former 90-year-old refectory building was destroyed in a fire. The project's main goal was to create a new refectory building while also improving the experience for those visiting the site. The building consists of a restaurant with outdoor seating, market, and public restrooms. Features of the new building include improved traffic flow for pedestrians and bicyclists while preserving the area's character, a small performance stage, and an all-gender indoor restroom area. The restaurant is home to Pimento Jamaican Kitchen, accompanied by a market highlighting local BIPOC businesses featuring a curated selection of goods.
