Rockwise Strategies served as the Cost Consultant on this project, providing schematic design level estimates to MSR Design. The Hennepin County Southdale Library will be home to a new library and community spaces. The project aims to blend the county’s goals of creating a new space for community members, while meeting the goals of Hennepin County’s Climate Action Plan and the State of Minnesota’s B3 sustainable guidelines. The area will also serve as a trailhead for the Nine Mile Creek regional trail system, creating a link between local parks and the Edina Promenade.
