Rockwise provided DSGW Architecture with Design Development-level cost consulting services for the Bay Mills Resort and Casino Expansion. Located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, the additions will include two large, three-story wings housing guest rooms, nearly doubling the resort’s existing guest capacity. Other project components include a bar, arcade, gift shop, spa, conference room, lounge area, fitness room, and aquatic center, as well as additional parking and a maintenance building.
