Jon Cramer
President
Jon brings a results-driven, high-energy, common sense approach to managing operations. Utilizing his strengths of communication and people skills mixed with an analytical mind, he is passionate about streamlining organizational processes to drive productivity. Since graduating with honors from the University of St. Thomas, he has gained broad financial and operations experience in the construction industry.
Living by the mantras “Do what you say you’re going to do” and “Lead by example,” Jon enjoys building and leading successful construction teams. He’s driven by motivating and mentoring teammates to promote a positive and productive work environment!
Prior to starting with Rockwise Strategies, Jon worked as the Director of Project Management for a Division 8 supplier and as Chief Operating Officer for a general contractor in the Minneapolis area.
When Jon isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters. He’s also passionate about hitting the gym so he can keep up with the pace of construction!
